Padlock Icon not Displaying with SSL

I have submitted a ticket for an issue with the padlock icon not displaying in the address bar in Firefox
and an SSL verification issue at http://whynopadlock.com .

The SSL verification return this :

Domain Name: www.example.com
URL Tested: https://www.example.com
Number of items downloaded on page: 99
SSL verification issue (Possibly mis-matched URL or bad intermediate cert.). Details:
ERROR: cannot verify www.example.com's certificate, issued by '/C=GB/ST=Greater Manchester/L=Salford/O=COMODO CA Limited/CN=COMODO SSL CA': Unable to locally verify the issuer's authority.
Certificate valid through: May 15 23:59:59 2015 GMT
Certificate Issuer: COMODO CA Limited
SSL Protocols Supported: TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2
All 99 items called securely!
Secure calls made to other websites:
ajax.googleapis.com is valid and secure.

According to the support team, the lock in the browser address bar is not displaying because of insecure content on the website like insecure links and images, and recommend me to look at this link for more info: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/security/ssl-lock-display

As I don't have the right knowledge to correct this, I would really appreciate if someone could help me solve the following issues :
1. How to change the absolute links for images and text links to relative links in OpenCart 1.5.6.4 ?
2. How to solve the SSL verification issue at http://whynopadlock.com ?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.
Best regards
