Our email newsletter was blocked to our own addresses

I write our email newsletter, which is facilitated by a subscriber-mail service (though the "From" address is always ours). Twice recently, delivery of the newsletter was blocked to our own company addresses, which are hosted by inmotion. I want to get this fixed so that our own copies of the newsletter are not blocked.

Hello institute, Thank you for your question about an email newsletter being blocked. We are happy to help, but will need some additional information to help troubleshoot the issue. When the email is blocked, what happens? Is the email returned/bounced back? Can you reply with the full bounce/returned email? Also, our Bounceback Parser tool can help determine the cause of returned emails. Is your email/MX records pointed to us? Any additional information that will help us troubleshoot this issue will be helpful. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
