I cannot login to wordpress - database update problem

Hello, Thank you for question about a Database update problem in WordPress. We were able to get it working by uploading the latest version of WordPress (4.1), and replacing all of your files/folders except the wp-content. Then, we added your database information to the wp-config file, and navigating to: example.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php (we replaced example.com with your actual domain name) WordPress then prompted us to complete the upgrade process, and the site began working after that.
