In order to delete the PrestaShop installation which you did manually, you simply have to delete the ADMIN folder where you installed it previously. Then, login to the cPanel, go to MySQL databases, and delete the PrestaShop database and the user assigned to it. When you have that completed, you can re-install it with no problems.
