My local IT support is telling me he does not have the needed permissions to use a flashcard plugin for Moodle 2.8. Is there anyone using flashcards and how are you doing it?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about using a Moodle flashcard plugin. You can easily change file permissions in cPanel at any time.
