How can I have just web content for a domain here?

I have a domain, I can't change the nameservers to point to inmotionhosting but I need to host the web content here.
What steps do I need to follow to get this to work?

Hello, Who is your domain registrar? If you are unable to point your nameservers, you can host web content by pointing the A record within your DNS to your IP. To obtain the IP, simply log into cPanel and locate your shared IP address to the left. Exact steps in changing your A record will be dependant upon the domain registrar, but they should be able to help you with pointing it over. Best regards, JeffMa
