Drupal can not write to sites --> default --> files directory

It gives below error:

The specified file temporary://filelPgQzS could not be copied, because the destination directory is not properly configured. This may be caused by a problem with file or directory permissions. More information is available in the system log.

Hello, Thank you for your Drupal question today. If you are receiving that error you will first want to check and ensure the path exists in your file structure via the cPanel file manager.
