I have my MX records stored in my current hosting plan. If I change plans, will I need to reenter those records or should it transfer over without any downtime?

Hello, If you are already one of our customers and simply changing the plan you have with us, then there would be no downtime. If you are moving over from another host, you may want to go ahead and set up the MX records within your cPanel prior to pointing the domain name to us. This way there would be no downtime involved. If you go that route, I would give it about 4 hours between the MX record change and the pointing of the domain to our name servers to be sure. Kindest Regards, Scott M
