Gallery Page isn't responding. Developer says server side issue.

Hey everyone! I am trying to create a web gallery on this page: http://www.celebrationgardenclub.org/gallery however the thumbnails do not load. We reached out to the developer of the WordPress template, and they say it is a server side issue that likely is tied to our hosting provider/plan.

Anyone have some insight? We are using the "Eco Nature - Boxed" theme from CMSmasters, bought from themeforest. http://themeforest.net/item/eco-nature-environment-ecology-wordpress-theme/8497776

We also have gotten a few messages saying we have high resource usage...and I also can't figure out where that is coming from.

Any help would be appreciated!

We have the "Launch" plan from inmotion hosting, running WordPress .

Hello EOppegaard,

The load issues may be caused by another plugin or section of your website. I would recommend responding to the email you received about having a high resource usage so that way a systems administrator will review your account.

Hello EOppegaard, I reloaded your website and I was able to see the thumbnails load up. It was slow but that could just be from the website needing to be optimized. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? Kindest Regards, TJ Edens

Hello, You can try the plugin Force Regenerate Thumbnails as it has better success on generating thumbnails then relying on Image Magick. If you are getting emails stating you are using high amounts of resources please contact our support team at [email protected] and request an account review. Kindest Regards, TJ Edens
