web address for my moodle and registration problem

I downloaded moodle and started working on my course. I go to my moodle site via localhost. Now my problem is that I don't know web address of my moodle site
Please tell me where can I get search for the web address. I am not a technical person, Kindly explain in simple langauge
I also have a problem in registering my moodle site. I am setting same message every time, 'The hub cannot access your website'

If installed on your local machine, individuals would not be able to access it easily. If you are creating a site and want other individuals to access and use it, you will need a hosting account as well as a domain. Once the hosting account is created, you could simply install Moodle again or upload your existing site files and database.
