Getting many blank form requests from our web site

Our web site has a form request which can be filled out to contact us directly. This form request goes to our email address. Over the past month we have been receiving 3-6 blank forms on our email on a daily basis. Can we control these?

Hello, Those may be sent by bots that are crawling your site. If your form page does not already have additional protection such as a Captcha you may want to consider adding one. This helps prevent bots from submitting blank or spam forms. Kindest Regards, Scott M
