I am having mail that I send rejected by Spamhaus as it says that the website Francisproperties.com has been hacked. Are you able to rectify this so that I can again send email through my mail server? I have had this happen numerous times with certain recipients and it is very frustrating.

Hello, Thank you for your question. I definitely understand your frustration, as this causes us many headaches as well. Unfortunately, in a shared hosting setting, you can be affected by the activity of other users. Find out more about why a mailserver can get blacklisted. Since this is just our public forums, I cannot rectify the problem from here. Please forward your returned/bounced email to [email protected], which will create a ticket with live Tech Support. The email provides specific evidence, and helps them troubleshoot the problem. They will email you back upon resolution of the issue. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
