Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2014/07. Is its parent

Hi anyone can help me for this issue , i have develop a site in a development server and my client wants to change it to his own production server , and my client dont have his cpanel access for this server i have only the ftp access , so i added his database in my own development server , while in developmet i used my amozon s3 for store the images , when i push to prodution i loss the amozon plugin . i cant able to istall the plugin , so i moved to upload once again to those images through wp , now i face this error while uploading an image : Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2014/07. Is its parent directory writable by the server? , and change the ftp file permission access to 755 , i can't able to upload the images now, can some one help me for this issue , So please let me if you have a answer for this issue , Email id : ************@gmail.com

Hello, Thank you for your question. Here is a similar problem I found in the WordPress Forums; it does look related to permissions. If you are hosted on our servers, you can modify your permissions in cPanel. If you have modified the permissions and it is still not working, it can be helpful to put WordPress Debugging mode.
