How Do I Cancel a Root Access Request?

Hi Support team,

I want to cancel my request for Root Access .How can I do it?
I will tell you the exact problem .Actually my client gave me his login credentials for AMP login but by mistake I made a request for Root Access without reading the terms and conditions which was saying an amout of 140 $/hr will charged or something so how Can I can that request ?.As I don't want my client to suffer from unnecessary charges. Please help me out as soon as possible.
