need to use "rsync" command? (Shared Hosting)

Hi,

I have shared hosting plan and would like to use "rsync" command to upload/update my file. SSH is not enabled, the only command I need is rsync as below:

rsync -avzhe ssh --delete /my/local/files/ misfer@ theroadtofulfillment.com:/www/

How can I do that?

This would not be possible without SSH which is not currently available within a shared hosting environment. You may, however, contact technical support where they may be able to further assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your account via this public message board.
