I am trying to get the Authorization code from awebhosting to move domain name (meisenheimer.net) to inmotion. I have requested it from them but have not received a response. Is there another place to retrieve it?

Hello Devilman, Unfortunately if you're unable to acquire the domain Authorization code from your previous domain Registrar there is not anything we can do from our end to help you get this code. It looks like your Registrar is actually a reseller of eNom, and you might be able to use their help center domain lookup and enter in your domain name there, it should give you your domain reseller contact information, as well as give you the option to submit a ticket directly to eNom for assistance. If they are not responding to you in a timely manner, then you can take the issue up with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) who oversees domain Registrars. On their Auth-Code complaint page they mention: If you cannot create your own Auth-Code through your control panel, please contact your registrar to obtain an Auth-Code. If your registrar fails to provide you with an Auth-Code within five calendar days of your request, please submit a Transfer Complaint. You could then fill out the ICANN transfer complaint form and fill in all of your information to have the issue looked into. Please let us know if you have any other questions at all. - Jacob
