Hello, I need help on redirecting my site's domain.

Whenever I try, this below is the response I get.

There was an error adding the redirect.

You cannot redirect "my.domain.name\.com\ " to "http://www.my.domain.name.com" as this will cause a redirection loop because "/home/bulamugroup/public_html" is the document root of one of your domains.


The site is built with wordpress and has subdomains that I all want redirected to a different server. I'll be grateful.

Hello.

Thank you for posting your question about redirecting your WordPress website's domain. This appears to be an error that cPanel displays when you are attempting to redirect the domain to a directory that is outside of the public_html directory. However, you may be able to complete the redirect if you select Do Not Redirect www. in the Redirects section of cPanel.
