Cannot ftp or login to cpanel

Hi, I just signed up for hosting and am having trouble with
Logging into Cpanel
connecting to FTP - using filezilla it says resolving address of ftp.korp.me, connection failed with "EAI_NONAME - ..."

I guess I am confused if I am logging in with my email, or one of the other two login names have (korpme5 or matt)

The username that you will use for both FTP and cPanel is the assigned cPanel user that we provided you. If you are unsure of it, you may always check your cPanel username from within AMP. The error you are getting, however, appears to be an issue with the domain resolving proprtly to the server. It is resolving correctly for me, but at the time that you tested it, the domain may have not yet propagated. Keep in mind that propagation can take up to 24 hours.
