what should i add or remove in .htaccess file, and in prestashop BO to make my store to open with "WWW" ?

Hello ilan316, Thank you for your question! You can change the base URL of your Prestashop by following the instructions in this article. Simply enter www in front of your domain name in the form. (ie: www.example.com). This form will also make the necessary changes in your .htaccess file so you do not need to edit it by hand. Kindest Regards, Scott M
