I am using Joomla 3.03 with the Protostar template. I have made some changes in the original Protostar template, and now I am afraid to loose those changes when I update to Joomla 3.2.
I now that I can make a copy from Protostar and give it an other name: "MijnProtostar" and make it the default template. Can I now remove "protostar - Default" ?

Hello Iensen, Thanks for the question! You should definitely make a complete backup of your installation (including the database) BEFORE you upgrade so that you can recover if things go wrong. In terms of the template, make sure that you duplicate it and rename it. When you finish the upgrade, you should still have your renamed modified template. You can then assign it as your default template. Check out Modifying a Joomla template if you require any further information about making change to the default template and saving it.
