Bulk Import/Export extensions not appearing

I have installed this extension on my opencart version v1.5.6 and accessed and modified the top administrator, but still this tool is not showing in system.
Please help me how can i use it properly.

Can you please provide the url that you downloaded the plugin from? This will allow us to test the plugin on our own systems.

Hello farahh, Make sure you are using the Extension that matches your OpenCart version. Are you certain you are using OpenCart 1.5.6? We are happy to help, but will need more information. When you are following our guide where is it failing? Are you able to complete Steps 5-7? Can you provide the steps you are taking to view the "bulk import/Export extension", so we can attempt to replicate the problem? If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. As there are several versions of the extension for various versions of OpenCart, be sure that you downloaded the correct version for 1.5.6. A direct link to the extension for 1.5.6 may also be found at the following: OpenCart Import/Export Tool for 1.5.6 Be sure that you also placed the correct folders from the extension into the correct location. Any errors in uploading the files will also result in the plugin working incorrectly or not showing up at all.
