Why is My Website Not Responding?

These days, my website www.newscayhinacomment.org runs OK; but today, my website can't open.
When I go into my Domain management/the Cpanel Login, the password also can't open.
I think, my website maybe attacked by someone.
please check and restore my website

It took a little while to find your account because you spelled the domain as "newscayhinacomment.org" instead of "newschinacomment.org", but I was finally able to review the account.
