Hello Mike, I'm sorry to hear that your email has bounced. I reviewed the bounce that you provided - which is only indicates the issue in attempting to deliver mail to [email protected]. We need bounce information for a failure in emails going to hawkanalytics.com in order to determine what's happening with mail delivery in that direction. By default, when mail FAILS to be delivered or is delayed for a period of time, the receiving (or in some cases the sending server) will generate a bounce message in order to provide information about why email has failed. The message above clearly states that the issue is the email you sent was blocked for the following reasons: "Message contains spam or virus or sender is blocked " I tested sending mail directly from the server to [email protected] and it did not fail. This means that the server is not being blocked. So, the more likely culprit may be something in the message. Try sending a test message (from hawkanalytics.com) and see if you get a block message again, please make sure to send the bounce message to us. In terms of the issue with mail coming to us from melson.com, we really do need some type of bounce message to analyze the issue. I checked the blacklists for hawkanalytics.com and melson.com. Neither of the domains are listed. Here's a good article about mail bounces that may help you understand the issue a little better: Why does Emails bounce, bounce-back or error? I hope that helps to clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments. Regards, Arnel C.
