device redirect problem in Adobe Muse

I recently decided to give Adobe Muse a try. The desktop versions work as expected but the phone versions are not found by the browser. Here is the Muse JS redirect: Muse.Redirect.redirect(‘desktop’, ‘tablet/index.html’, ‘phone/index.html’, ‘’); Any idea what the problem is? Is this a redirect script conflict? A known bug with Muse?

Hello Micropix, Sorry to hear you're having problems with the re-directs in Adobe Muse. It's apparently a problem that's been discussed in the Adobe Forums. Here's the posts for this issue: Adobe Forum - Mobile site made with muse not recognized once uploaded - any ideas? Basically, you need to make sure that you are setting up the mobile site redirects to go to our hosting server. Muse apparently has provided server-side JS scripts which attempt to re-direct for you but they don't seem to be going to us. In looking through this further this post from their forums might give you the answer you need: Adobe Forums - what script do I use to redirect to new muse mobile site uploaded to an existing site? One of the posts suggests this script clearly indicating where you can set the website location. I would try that and double-check with the documentation in Adobe concerning using a third-party host when publishing with Muse. Hopefully, this helps direct you towards the solution. Apologies for not having a better answer, please let us know if you are able to get it going based on those posts, or if you need further assistance. Regards, Arnel C.
