I want to transfer two DNS from my Network Solutions account to here. However, the video tutorial and documented details to do so is not available. I could use some suggestions on how to prepare for their response, which will be unpleasant as always. I a

Hello Creativeartist, Thank you for your question regarding your domain's DNS. Sorry the video on making DNS changes at Network Solutions wasn't working for you. I tested it and it plays for me, but you may need to update your version of flash. Here is a helpful link to Network Solution's guide on updating your nameservers, it looks like they can be changed in the Account Manager without having to contact them. In step 5 enter the following nameserver info: Name Server 1: NS.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM Name Server 2: NS2.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM Be sure to allow up to 24 hours for the DNS change to propagate. You can also transfer your domain registration to us via AMP, that way the domain name will renew with us each year. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
