Install for PrestaShop fails at 23%

Hello Sipsep, I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having with the installation. However, your support center login does not relate to any hosting account that I can find, and you do not give any information about the software version you're loading other than the possibility that it's Prestashop 1.5 since you posted in that section. How are you loading Prestashop? (if that's what you are loading) Are you using an install program like Softaculous? Actually, I double-checked PrestaShop's forums and it is an official bug that Prestashop developers have fixed. Check out this post here: Installation fails at 23%. The link provided at the bottom of that article indicates the coding changes to fix the problem. There are 5 changes to the different files in the PrestaShop installation. Make sure that the files that you get are updated with those changes. Otherwise, you would need to make the changes yourself. The red lines on the correction page indicate lines that need to removed and the green lines indicate lines that need to be added. If you require any further assistance, please let us know.
