Dedicated servers or VPS install software

I was wondering if I'm able to request to install software that I would need to convert files, or other software. If I need help with this can your staff help me or do I have to install server-side programs myself? What software installs you have and if installing them is free or you charge a fee?

Hello scarar, Thank you for your question. Here is a detailed list of software that can be installed, it includes any charges that may be included, and the server requirement (VPS or Dedicated).
