Domain Transfer Failing - Issue with Authorization Email

I've tried 2 times to transfer my domain and both times the transfer has failed at the awaiting your authorization step. I'm not receiving the authorization email. I checked my junk and spam folders and it's not there either. Can I just send you an email authorizing the transfer?
Hello lildrummerboy82, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the confirmation email is an important security measure when transferring a domain, and cannot be by-passed. I checked our registrar's logs and can confirm the email was sent on 25-Jun-2013 to an email address @gmail. If you are not receiving it, you may have to check your email filter settings, or auto-delete setting for spam. Since the previous transfer failed, you will have to re-initate the transfer. You must follow the link in the transfer confirmation email, and confirm the transfer with your Authorization code(the same code you used to initiate the transfer).
