Why isn't my add-on domain working?

I'm contacting you on behalf of my client. I just had an issue i can't seem to resolve. I have create a add domain with inmotionhosting and added on my account as a addon domain (tukoolvideostatus.com) but when I want to open it it says "
This site can’t be reached
tukoolvideostatus.com’s server IP address could not be found.
".

Thank you for contacting us regarding an addon domain not working. You can Addon any domain in cPanel, but it will not resolve unless it is registered first. When I look up the WHOIS record for the domain, it is not showing as registered. If you just registered it, it may take up to 24 hours to resolve.
