My wife has sent me an email fro her ipad, I have received them in the past but have not received the latest ones she has sent

Hello Frank,

Sorry for the problem with receiving email from your wife's iPad.  Typically, email from any device (ipad, smartphone or computer) are handled in the same way.  Make sure to check the email settings on the iPad in case they have changed.  Also, check to make sure that emails were sent from device.  If outbound email was interrupted, then it mail still be on the device waiting to be sent. If email did get sent from the device and something happened with the delivery, then there will typically be a bounce-back email detailing the problem. If the problem persists, take these bounce-back emails and contact our live technical support team.  They can use the error messages in the bounce-backs or check the mail server logs to see what's happening.
