SMP Forum Error

I've been getting this for the last week or so on my forum : "Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later. " What could have cause this and is there a fix

Thank you for your question Calmovita! Sorry for the trouble with your database connection. It is difficult to say after the error occurred. When this happens, you will want to contact tech support so they can look at the MySQL status and the Error log when its happening. Unfortunately, we can't check after the fact.
