how do I update the sidebar info

I think that's what it's called (the family sticker and calendar area on the left).
I began my site 6 mos agao then stopped. I'm starting again but forget everything I have learned. I use wordpress/pagelines. Can you point me in the right direction? What should I read? I eventually want my site to be shoppable. First off I need to update pages, add pages etc.

Thank you for your question birdtech! I looked at your site and your site was developed with WordPress. We have an Education channel on WordPress that will show you how to use WordPress. WordPress Education Channel Unfortunately, we do not have any tutorials specific to the pagelines theme. The Pages, Posts, and other content is edited the same way you would with any other theme.
