Do I need to be in good standings to transfer my domain out?

My subscription expired, and I want to transfer my domain out to another host.

I wasn't able to get the authorization code.

The only thing I can think of is that I haven't paid my subscription yet.

Hi danicamayfong, As long as your domain name has not yet expired or gone into redemption, you should be able to transfer it out without a problem.
