How can I password protect a single folder (different than the open access of the rest)? I have front page extensions installed.

Hello Vmaxx, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues password protecting the folder. Unfortunately, due to the way Frontpage requires access to the folders for its HTTP version of publishing (the default one that you're probably using), you cannot password protect the folder AND be able to publish using that method. You would need to setup Frontpage to use FTP to publish. Here's an article straight from Microsoft on the steps to take to publish with FTP: Using Frontpage to publish through FTP I hope this helps to clarify the issue. You can disable the extensions in your Cpanel under the Advanced section. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Hi vmaxx, We have an article here on how to password protect a single folder. You won't be able to do this using FrontPage alone (to my knowledge), but the article will guide you in logging into cPanel and password protecting a directory. If you need any help after reading that article, just let us know. Thanks! - Brad
