domain expired messages

I am getting messages that my domain has expired, but when I look in AMP it shows I am good until next year. Can you confirm that everything is OK and I won't lose the domain?
Hello marcrom, It appear that when the domain renewal went through, there was a comminucation error with Melbourne. The domain has been removed from our account currently. I did have them send your registry key to the email account registered to the domain name. Please send that registry key to our Live Support team at [email protected] along with account verification of either the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. The Live Support team will resume control of the domain name, which will automatically renew it so it will not expire. Please do not post any of that information here as it is a public forum.
