My site goes down or slows occasionally every day for a week

At various times in the day, my page doesn't load, or it loads very slowly. Five minutes later, everything is fine again.

Any idea what I can do to make sure it is up 100% of the time when I click on it?

The site is www.scotscoop.com

It is built with a wordpress 3.5 blog.

Thank you for your question jraisner!

Sorry for the trouble with your site going down. We see you were suspended early this week for resource issues on your WordPress. Have you tried enabling caching and the other suggestions we gave? Looks like you need to set up caching on you WordPress still. Please see the following link non how to enable caching in your WoprdPress.

Optimizing WordPress with W3 Total Cache plugin
