My Cpanle won't load, and my site won't load what is currently happening?

There are not currently any server reboots in progress as I type this, so it may be an issue on the account/website specifically. I would suggest checking your site on Shot Sherpa and making sure that it is down and not just blocking you specifically. If the site shows up on Shot Sherpa or for others, you may have accidentally been blocked by Fail2ban. If that is the case, please troubleshoot according to that article.
If the issue is none of the above, I would suggest checking error logs like the PHP error log or getting in touch with our 24/7 Technical Support team for help narrowing down the issue.
