I have just purchased a web hosting plan with you and I am just wondering how long it will take to activate it?

I have a domain at a seperate registrar and would like to transfer it to the web host that I just purchased. How long does the activation usually take and when will I be able to get into my cPanel.

Unless there is something unusual going on, you should be able to log in to your cPanel shortly after purchasing your plan and finishing any on-boarding that may be required for the account. Please check your email for any activation or on-boarding emails. 

In terms of the domain, you can transfer the registration to us at any time once you are able to login to your cPanel. That said, the actual registration is the least essential part of the process: please be sure your domain is pointing to our nameservers before transferring, as any delays in the transfer of process may delay your ability to get started working on the site.
