Why does the mail SSL certificate dialog box keep popping up all the time?

All our other accounts are POP3 and work however we have one email account that is IMAP it sends and receives email ok. However Outlook keeps Popping up with an annoying message about "CA root certificate". It will not accept it once and go away.
Do you know what could be causing this?

Thank you for your question arkajon! Sorry for the problem with the CA root certificate error in your email. We had our systems check your server certificate for the IMAP services and the certificate is up to date. You make need to check the email client host names for incoming and outgoing. If you are using your domain like: mail.your-domain.com For the incoming and outgoing server, you will want to change it to your vps server hostname. Like the following: vps####.inmotionhosting.com This can be found in the AMP technical detals. If you are still getting the error after checking those, you may have a setting in your email client that is not accepting the certificate. Please contact support so they can check the logs as you connect to the server. That way we will be able to see if its a server side related error. Sorry for the inconvenience. Best Regards, James R
