I've gone thru the setup process and produced a simple website. When I attempt to publish via ftp I get

"The site cannot be published to the specified location.

Cannot publish to the specified host via FTP. Authorization failed."

When I clich on support on the same page it tells me

"Could not perform this operation

because the default mail client is not properly installed"

How do I fix this.

Thank you for your question publish! If you are publishing with your domain using ftp, you will run into a problem. You domain is pointing to the following.

;; ANSWER SECTION: wala-detroit.com. 3600 IN A 66.96.162.128 ;; AUTHORITY SECTION: wala-detroit.com. 172800 IN NS ns2.domain.com. wala-detroit.com. 172800 IN NS ns1.domain.com. ;; ADDITIONAL SECTION: ns1.domain.com. 1070 IN A 66.96.142.147 ns2.domain.com. 1070 IN A 65.254.254.171

You can use your server hostname to connect before changing your nameservers. You will use the same login credentials as your cpanel. Your cPanel username and ftp hostname can be found within AMP. To find your cPanel username and ftp hostname:

1. Log into AMP 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under "Technical Details", click "Details" next to your hosting account. 3. Your cPanel username will be listed next to "Username" and the FTP hostname under hostname. 4. The password will be the same as the cpanel password

If you want to connect with your domain, you will need to change the nameservers, Here is info on Updating your domain's dns / nameservers. You will want to contact support either by chat or phone (1-877-595-4482 ext 2) to have a support tech check the connection as you connect if you are still having trouble. Sorry for the inconvenience. Best regard James R
