Google found malware on website

Hello,

I got a notice from google this morning that they detected malware on our website. I've gone through and inspected the files it listed in their webmaster tools page and found what looks like encoded php code pasted at the top of the pages.

I went an looked and it seems to be on all index.php pages

Are there any tools available through inmotionhosting to scan/remove this or a way to restore the site to a recent backup?

Thank you

Hello Griffin0991,

You would need to submit a ticket to have the site restored immediately. The site backups are typically 24-36 hours old. If the hack before the last backup, then the backup would basically be a copy of your files WITH the hack. You can submit a support request at: [email protected] (verify with last digits of credit card on the account, or the AMP password). Please do this immediately.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
