Group Emails without attachments seem to work fine, but emails sent with excel, pdf or jpg's appear to leave outlook, but never make it to the recipient...then I receive these error emails. Could this be a Norton Internet Security or Web Server issue that got switched on or off so I can no longer send some attachments?

Hello MHertz,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with sending email. Unfortunately, you have not provided enough information for us to narrow down and investigate our own logs to see if an email was ever received, or what might be causing the problem. We need the bounce with nothing removed. If you wish to keep this information private, then please contact our live support via phone, mail, or chat. I was unable to find an account that belonged to you. if you do not have an account here, then you may need to speak with your current host and confirm that email was able to leave their server. We require more info to see if we can track where the actual problem is happening.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
