Multiple Sites very often down

Dear Sirs,

I currently have 3 of my sites in my inmotionhosting account (one of them is just a redirect) and starting from 10th September, my web sites have been having down periods almost on a daily base (more often lately - sometimes more than once a day), according to the reports I receive from several monitoring services.

I find this very odd and I'd like your help to figure out what's going on.

I was about to transfer more domains to my account but like this I'm putting these plans on hold as I've never faced downtime like this and this is critical for me.

Please let me know what is happening and is there anything I can do to prevent this? (other than upgrading hosting plans)

Hello KeoniNz, While I know there are currently no issues on your server, I do see within the last few hours that it did experience a load spike once or twice. I cannot speak for any other times as I cannot see the data for that time period. When you are experiencing any latency on the site, please follow the instructions from the link below during the time of the issue send in the results, along with any details, to [email protected]. This will supply us with data we can use to help pinpoint the cause of the latency. Sometimes a server can be latent or even go down temporarily due to heavy load, but there are just as many times that the issue lies within the network of servers and lines that lie between a client computer and the server, even if other sites seem fine. This will be picked up even by third party monitoring and reported as if the server itself is at fault. This test helps us to find and identify where this may be.
