Joomla installation not seen by Softaculous

I have a joomla installation that was done with Fantastico, but Softaculous doesn't see it. In Softaculous, under Application Installs, only my Wordpress installations are there. When I go to the Sync With Installers tab, nothing is listed.

All I really need to do is delete the Joomla installation that's there, so if someone can tell me how to do that, then I don't care about whether Softaculous sees it.

Hello Apostrophex,

It appears that you have multiple installation stacked on each other - your Joomla installation has a Wordpress installation in it. I spent some time looking to see if we could manually find a way for Softaculous to recognize but couldn't find anything. The best way to remove the old Joomla installation is to manually do it. Delete the database, and then remove the files under the folder holding all of your files.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.
