Email returns, Spam and SPF

Hi,

I am getting about 10 Spam emails a day that are coming through as rejected mail (as though I sent an email but I never sent it). This only happens with one email account I have. I read a bit on SPF but it seems like that is for issues where others are receiving Spam from my account. In this scenario I am the one receiving the Spam under the guise of rejected mail. Is SPF what I need in this instance and if so is there anything special required about the setup for this scenario? I can't just block the emails as then I would't know if an email I actually sent was rejected for some reason. All these Spam messages come from Mail Delivery System or Mail Administrator.

Thanks

Hello Jaron, I would need to see a sample of the email you are getting in order to see what you would need to do. The SPFs are not a bad idea, and yes, they are for when someone sends emails from another server that are falsely represented as being sent from your email address. You can send the specific information to our support team at [email protected]. Be sure to reiterate the nature of the issue and validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
