Is there an add-on program available to customers to install that will discourage spammers from using posted e-mail addresses?

Hello Bam2027, If you are putting an email address that can be parsed/viewed on your website, then there is no way to prevent a spammer from simply collecting it. You need to remove the email addresses and replace them with secure forms. I would suggest creating a form using a CAPTCHA or ReCAPTCHA to prevent automated bots from hitting your webpages. You can find a lot of information on this by simply doing a search for "secure contact forms". You can also find good information on using CAPTCHA here: What is Captcha? Note that in that article there is a link for using reCaptcha for FormMail - this would be an option for you to create contact pages that can be made to automatically forward to you. You should definitely remove the email addresses in the body of your webpage - there's no way to prevent spammers or hackers from making use of that data because web pages are made to be read by browsers. I hope this helps lead you in the direction you need to resolve the issue. We unfortunately cannot provide a coded solution for you, but we do try to point you towards resources that will help you find what you need. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C.
