Premium Website Builder product image uploading error

I'm using the Premium Website Builder and constructing a small online store. I'm attempting to upload a product image by clicking on "browse", selecting a jpg image, then clicking "upload". I then get a "500 internal server error" with the following message: Apache Server at builder.inmotionhosting.com Port 443. I've scaled the image way down in case there was a size issue but that's not the problem. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello precision_proworks, We do see errors pop up like this occasionally. These are usually case by case errors that need to be addressed by our Systems team. You will want to contact our support department with proper verification (current AMP password or last 4 digits of the credit card on file) and the particular steps you take that result in the error. They will be able to address the error in the server and get you resolved so you can upload the images for your store. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you. Best Regards, Scott M
