After making a domain transfer how do I transfer the email accounts

If you're moving the email accounts to another server as well, you'll need to recreate the email accounts in cPanel > Email Accounts and transfer the email account directories to your /mail folder.

Then, contact Live Support to request syncing the email account(s).
