Updating on older account

I have a domain and web site in your system (ceciliaandphil.org) that I acquired in Spring, 2009. At that point your system required a user name rather than an email address, and I have been unable to figure out how to get that system associated with my current email (the email I was using when I originally registered is no longer active). I still have the original user name and password.

The system does, however, very efficiently continue to charge my credit card for annual renewals...

Thank you. And yes, the site is insufferably cute, but we're still happily married.

Hi philschrodt, I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your Account Management Panel. You still have access to the cPanel for managing your site files. AMP did not replace cPanel, it provides more control over billing and other administrative tasks for your account. We would be happy to change the primary email address on file for your account so that you can access AMP. Please send an email to [email protected] and let us know the new email address that should be the primary email. Please be sure to include account verification with either your original password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Regards, Christi N.
