I used your wordpress installation tool to install wordpress.

The information is there but there is no formatting.

As you can see, I am using your temporary site. Is that the problem?

Also. I cannot login with FTP using the credentials you supplied.

Hi Tierzero, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. When you install WordPress it is domain specific, meaning all the links and formatting is based on the domain name. If you view the site with your Temp URL and not the domain name it will look different since the formatting is not loading. In this instance, you have two options:

Option #1

Leave it the way it is and use the domain name with WordPress. If you domain is not currently pointed to your InMotion Hosting account, you'll need to change the nameservers. Please keep in mind, once propagation occurs the domain will then display the new WordPress site. Propagation take take up to 24 hours. Here's a link to nameservers: Updating your Nameservers

Option #2

You can change the site URL in WordPress to use the temp url. Then when you are ready to have the site point to a domain name, you'll need to update the site URL and change your nameservers. Here's an article that may help you out: Installing WordPress using your Temp URL As for your FTP login information, you can use your cPanel username and password to log into FTP. Here's an article on FTP: FTP Getting Started Guide I hope this helps! If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us. Thanks! Tim S
